QOLCOE supports access to e-learning developed by the Mental Health and Learning Disability Service Group at Swansea Bay University Health Board, with funding support through Improvement Cymru and the Regional Integration Fund.
The courses are designed to be inclusive, accessible and widely applicable for professionals across health, education and social care, as well as family carers. They are available through NHS Wales learning routes and as All-Wales courses on ESR.
